SENIOR EXECUTIVE, LEGAL

Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate and commercial legal matters, litigation, conducting negotiations, drafting and vetting corporate/ commercial/technical agreements and any other legal documents.
• To provide general legal advise in relation to the Group's daily operations.
• To liase with the Group's solicitors and to monitor cases handled by the panel of solicitors.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Degree in Law(Hons) from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in litigation. Experience in defamation, industrial relations or corporate matters would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in the newspaper publishing industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and organization skills with leadership qualities.
• Highly motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
